The weight is over!
For the past 19 months, I’ve been on a personal health journey that has completely changed the way I think about discipline, habits, and lifestyle.
In September 2024, I decided to take my health seriously. Since then, I’ve lost almost 30kg (and I stopped smoking).
But the biggest transformation wasn’t the weight. It was learning how to build sustainable habits.
Along the way I
• started playing padel 3–4 times a week
• recently began running
• joined the Discovery Vitality Healthy Weight Programme
• am working with a dietician
• built routines that support long-term health
Like many people on this journey, I also use a GLP1 as a tool. But what I realised quickly is that medication alone doesn’t create change.
Habits, mindset, and accountability do.
As a life coach, this experience has inspired me to start developing a coaching programme that helps people build the same kind of momentum in their own lives.
Before officially launching it, I’m looking at running a small pilot group to test and refine the programme. This pilot will start in May 2026.
The pilot would include:
• structured weekly coaching sessions
• habit and mindset coaching
• accountability and progress tracking
• an 8-week transformation framework
Because this would be a pilot, it would be offered at a significantly reduced rate in exchange for feedback and honest input.
